Lions Youth Exchange
Our two Lions Youth Exchange Students. Johan and Daniel, are on their way home now. Their final itinerary is attached, so you can see where the boys were each day with our club, and will stay on the website for a few weeks. Thanks to all who participated and in particular Lions Ann and Mike who did a great job looking after the boys. Lion Michael Burgess heads off late tonight to Chaing Rai in Thailand for two weeks to build a playground for an orphanage there, with some financial assistance from our club. We all wish Michael a safe and fruitful journey

Springwood´s Spring Fair at the park in Cinderella Drive run by the Logan East Community Neighbourhood Association with our support. To celebrate the 150th anniversary of Queensland there will be a ´storey board´ walkway where the public can read the history of all of Loagn. Once again we are providing funding towards the cost of this event plus running a full food and beverage stall. This year we will do the traditional sausage sizzle and canned drinks, but will also be offering "Aussie" burgers tea and coffee. So this will require a big effort from all members on the day
